Training delivered globally by trade partners, courses for intermediate and end customers, and safety training in cooperation with safety managers in the industry enable extensive training and advanced training for the use of over 80,000 different products and countless applications to be provided. In the metal machining sector in particular, depending on the application, these training concepts are designed and delivered in consultation with specialists from the precision machining division.
Wire sawing is an ever more popular machining technology used in decommissioning projects. Practically unlimited application possibilities require extensive theoretical knowledge and practical experience. To take account of this development, TYROLIT has founded a unique training platform, the TYROLIT wire saw academy.
The first TYROLIT wire saw academy was held in India in 2010. Specially trained application engineers and local sales employees give users the opportunity to further develop their skills and to specialise in this machining method. A certificate awarded on successfully passing a test at the end of the academy serves as evidence of the participant's knowledge and ability to safely and successfully use diamond wires and diamond wire saws.
